DhikrWall is developed and operated by Algobots Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the DhikrWall mobile application (“the App”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

DhikrWall does not require you to create an account. In normal use, we do not ask for your name, email address, or other direct identifiers inside the App.

1.2 Purchases and subscriptions

When you subscribe to DhikrWall Pro, payment is processed by Apple using your Apple ID. We do not see your full payment details. We may receive limited information from Apple and our subscription partner RevenueCat, such as:

• an anonymous user identifier
• the type of subscription (e.g. monthly or yearly)
• purchase and renewal status

This information is used only to determine whether your Pro entitlement is active and to provide access to premium features.

1.3 Analytics and diagnostic data

We may use privacy-friendly analytics and crash reporting tools to understand how the App is used and to improve stability. This may include:

• Device model and operating system version
• Anonymous usage events (e.g. which screens are opened)
• Crash logs and performance data

This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

1.4 Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App will use your device’s push notification token so that we can send you daily Quran ayah reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App and its features
• To manage subscriptions and verify DhikrWall Pro access
• To send optional daily reminder notifications
• To fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations and App Store requirements

3. Legal Basis

If you live in the UK or the European Economic Area, our legal bases for processing personal data include:

• Performance of a contract – to provide the App and your Pro subscription.
• Legitimate interests – to improve the App and ensure security and reliability.
• Consent – for optional features like push notifications or analytics (where required).

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

• Apple – for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• RevenueCat – to manage subscription status and entitlements.
• Analytics or crash reporting providers – to help us understand app performance.
• Service providers or professional advisers – where necessary to operate our business.

These partners only process data on our behalf and under appropriate data protection safeguards.

5. Data Retention

We keep subscription and diagnostic data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. You can request deletion of identifiable data where applicable (see “Your Rights” below).

Our services and third-party providers may operate in different countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App and at this URL. Significant changes will be highlighted within the App where appropriate.
