These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dhikr Wall mobile application ("App"), operated by Algobots Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Dhikr Wall, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Dhikr Wall is a spiritual wellbeing and productivity tool that provides Islamic-themed wallpapers, dhikr, and Qur’anic reminders. The App is intended for personal spiritual reflection and motivation only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice and is not a replacement for professional care.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Dhikr Wall. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details and for all activity that occurs under your account or device. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Dhikr Wall offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Dhikr Wall Pro") that unlock additional content and features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time after purchase by going to your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions (or via the App Store account settings).
If we offer a free trial, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All wallpapers, graphics, text, logos, and other content in the App are owned by Algobots Ltd or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any content from the App without our prior written permission.
The App may integrate with third-party services (for example, analytics, crash reporting, or payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties.
Our use of your data is described in our Dhikr Wall Privacy Policy . By using the App, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with that policy.
We may update or modify the App (including adding or removing features) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will always be accurate or suitable for your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algobots Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
